Santa's Rooftop Rush is run by Package From Santa^®, a family business since 2006. We made this game for families. Here's what happens to information while you play.

Playing without personal details

The game has no accounts, forms, email signups or chat. It does not ask children or grown-ups for a name, email address, photo or other personal details.

What stays in your browser

The game uses small pieces of browser storage to remember your progress and manage the grown-up check:

• Rudolph's unlock: your browser saves whether Rudolph is unlocked. This can stay after you close the browser so Rudolph is ready next time.
• Instructions you've seen: your browser remembers the level numbers whose instructions have already appeared. This is temporary storage for the browser tab's session.
• Grown-up check: after three incorrect answers, your browser remembers a 15-second pause before another try. This uses temporary storage for the browser tab's session.

We do not upload these saved browser records. You can remove them through your browser's settings for this site's data. Clearing them resets the saved unlock, instruction reminders and grown-up check pause. If browser storage is unavailable, these things are remembered only while the page remains open.

Your score, current run and music choice are kept in memory while the game is open. The game does not save high scores or designs, and it has no online leaderboard.

Cookies, ads and visit counts

We count visits without cookies, and a few anonymous game moments (like games started, levels reached and shares tapped), so we know how families enjoy the game. These totals don't tell us who anyone is.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for these counts. The game sends only the hero chosen, level reached, a Rudolph unlock, the share button tapped or whether music is on or off. We do not add names, email addresses, player IDs or session IDs to these events. Analytics does not set cookies, and we do not include advertising pixels or ads from other companies.

The game's pictures, sounds, game scripts and visit-counting script load from this site. The grown-up check loads from play.packagefromsanta.com, our North Pole Games site, and does not collect personal information. Your browser may cache these files so repeat visits load faster.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard technical records (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short time to run and protect the site, under its own privacy terms.

Sharing the Christmas fun

Sharing is your choice. The share buttons can open Facebook or X, prepare a message in your email or SMS app, or copy the game's public link to your clipboard. They use the game link and, where supported, a short game title or message. We count which share button was tapped, but do not read your contacts or messages, include your score or saved unlock in the shared link, or know whether you finished sharing.

If you open another service, its own privacy practices apply. You decide whether to send or publish the message there.

Links to our store

Links to PackageFromSanta.com first open a grown-up check. After a correct answer, the pop-up opens our store in a new tab. If the pop-up cannot load, the link opens the check on our North Pole Games site instead. The store is a separate site with its own privacy policy. Store links include a label showing which game and link you used, but do not include your score or saved progress.
